2. A Note About Children

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

B. Advisor Matching and Lead Delivery

A key purpose of RRQ is to connect people who complete the quiz with one or more matched financial professionals (“Matched Advisors”) who participate in the RRQ network. If you submit your information through the Services, we may share your intake information with Matched Advisors so they can contact you about their services.

C. Compliance and Protection

We may use personal data to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, lawful requests, and legal process

  • Protect rights, privacy, safety, and property (ours, yours, and others)

  • Enforce our terms and policies

  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized activity

D. Anonymous / Aggregated Data

We may create aggregated or de-identified data that does not identify you personally and use it for analytics, improving the Services, and business insights. We may share such data with third parties at our discretion.

A. Matched Advisors

We may share your personal data and quiz/intake responses with Matched Advisors for the purpose of contacting you and offering financial services. Matched Advisors may contact you using the information you provided.

B. Service Providers

We may share your personal data with vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, advertising technology, CRM tools, scheduling, communications, customer support).

C. Affiliates and Business Transfers

We may share personal data with affiliates under common ownership/control. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction.
